At the Neséa project I had the opportunity and the pleasure to play an important role in a special team with a completely new vision. I assumed the task of creation and coordination for a unique project, in which I could express myself freely and supported. I negotiated together with my partners, with the beneficiaries, every detail, every surface, every space with the same precise goal, that of establishing new standards in a premium niche of the market and I think we succeeded. We believe in urban regeneration with good taste and minimal impact on the environment. We have carefully chosen the dimensions of the spaces, their height, their location in relation to the sun, the size of the glazed surfaces and the terraces to avoid waste, but above all to satisfy the most demanding requirements. And… YES! It will be a pleasure to live in this condominium!

I want to share my experience with Neséa and I can only be extremely honest. I have known these wonderful people for a lifetime. We were always able to rely on each other and, step by step, we were able to build a solid relationship and an unshakable trust. We chose to follow them in their projects when the opportunity arises. And now everything fit perfectly. We have been connected to the subject since the first steps to purchase the land, and then we were conquered by every detail of the project. Now we already know what our new "home" will look like, we know where we will enjoy coffee, where we will have a glass of wine, where we will read a book with our loved ones, where we will decorate the Christmas tree in winter. I wanted good taste and attention to details, seriousness and professionalism, a house close to the park, where you can breathe fresh air, but still be close to the buzz of the city, a safe place with a closed private yard, with green spaces and parking places, with quality people as neighbors. I excluded large and crowded residential projects and sought to obtain as much as possible of the comfort of a house in a central area, with generous spaces, with a terrace and large windows, but without having to worry about the specific maintenance of a house. Here, at Neséa, my expectations were exceeded and I am glad that the market is finally changing for the better!
